After removing graphics card windows shows no 1080p option?

My graphics card broke and I had to send it in for repairs so I don't have a graphics card. The closest option is 1024. I've uninstalled the AMD drivers for the GPU. Any ideas?

Perhaps your integrated graphics aren't strong enough. Or, I know, you maybe didn't install drivers for the integrated graphics?

This may mean your integrated graphics aren't powerful enough for such as resolution, so you will have to live with a lower resolution until you get your GPU back.

The alternative would be to try and find a drive for you integrated graphics, try searching for it on your motherboard manufacturers website, although there may not be one available.
