after replacing cmos battery, computer won't boot?

got error
Cmos battery failure
Cmod checksum error

I replaced the battery
When I power on, computer started turn on and off repeatedly
Its solved by reseating graphics card
Now ,
When I power on, only power light and fan are working
Monitor is indicating no signal
Hard disk indicated stay steadily on for 4 sec , then it turn off

Any help??

CMOS Checksum Error is often an indication of motherboard failure which, if so, requires that the motherboard be replaced.
