After Replacing Motherboard, PC will no longer boot

I have replaced my motherboard due to it randomly crashing and not detecting my GPU. I chalked it up to being just a faulty motherboard. I replaced it with the same model and now it will not even go into bios. The EZ LED indicator just shows the BOOT light on (although I have Windows installed). It used to be able to post and go to Windows. I have tried everything, CMOS reset, reseating GPU and RAM, unplugging hard drives, trying a different GPU, and only using one stick of ram. Any help would be appreciated!

Specs:
Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-VDH
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Red Devil RX 570 4gb
RAM: 3000mhz GSkill (2x8gb)
PSU: EVGA 600B

This is interesting, I would normally tell people to filter down to the absolute minimal basics for booting up a system and remove all other hardware and boot using the onboard graphics, but seeing as how you have Ryzen, you need a GPU.

First, try using a single stick of RAM seated in the A1 RAM slot not any other slot.
If no go, turn off system, flip switch on PSU, press power button to drain residual energy then remove stick and try a different one.
Continue to do this until either one stick works or you fail with all of them. (this is to see if it's just one of the stick that's bad)

If having tried all sticks with no success do the following.

Remove everything and leave literally only these components remaining.

Motherboard
CPU (with cooler)
RAM (Can use single stick for this)
GPU
PSU
Mouse
Keyboard
Monitor

Unplug absolutely everything else from USB ports, ethernet ports, sata ports, etc.
Then proceed to reset CMOS. Removing the CMOS battery and leaving removed for anywhere between 15-30 minutes.

Then attempt to boot into BIOS from there.

Remember, when doing anything that involves unplugging/plugging in and removing/adding in anything to the system, be sure you've flipped the switch on the PSU to off and you've pressed the power button to drain any residual energy from the system.

I tried that and it still wouldn't boot to bios. :/ At this point, I think it may be my PSU, I'll replace it with a different brand and see how it goes.

you call it an EVGA 600B. I don't know about that one personally in regards to it's quality. Possible you have a bad PSU, and it's not powering the GPU properly enough anymore and that's why you get no signal.

It wouldn't hurt to get a better PSU in general anyways. Hope it works out. If there's anyone else here in the forums who comes across this thread that may have some troubleshooting ideas feel free to speak up.

I replaced my PSU with a Corsair 650M and exchanged GPU for the same model and now it works fine. I'm guessing it was the PSU. Never rule out PSU like I did before!!!!

oh yeah, even though the CXM line of PSU's from Corsair are considered the lower end and not super reliable, I've personally never had an issue with them before and they are definitely better than the low end EVGA PSU's.

Glad it's all taken care of and that your system is working now.
