After replugging power supply pc won't boot

Hi, i just redid my cable management so I unplugged everything from the power supply. Now I re did everything but when I press the power on button I hear a click In my psu and nothing else happen! I have my 24 pin cpu 8pin and pci connected. My computer was working fine before. Althought I did have this similar problem when I fist made my computer 2 weeks ago. I fixed it when I presses my pc power on button.

When you plug in the 24-pins and the 8-pins cables make sure that the latches are engaged. This is particularly true for the 24-pins plug.
