Question After router change, I can't access my NAS from my iPad

So, last year a bought a new router, again a TP-Link, AX23. After that, I can't access my local NAS server from my iPad. Through any app. All of them refuse to access it, even though they all see it when I do a scan, but they all give me their own errors. I can still access my NAS from my Android phone, my desktop, laptop...all without a password, as anonymous. Some apps, like CalibreWeb web app, when I access it over an IP address, when I click on Book details, it glitches, it shows a blank page. You can see all that on my screenshots below.

My thought is that it is likely a configuration error of omission or commission on the iPad, router, or NAS.

The iPad image is showing 192.168.0.111:8083/?data=

Is that the correct IP, port, etc.....?

Compare to other devices that are successfully connecting.
