I have been facing a strange issue recently with my gaming PC. I can't use the normal shutdown feature because if I do computer gets stuck, or when I afterwards start it, it gets stuck on BIOS screen and afterwards lags like hell.
But if I switch it off directly by cutting the power and then turning it on, it runs normally without a single problem. I've tried reinstalling windows multiple times, also checked all my hardware components everything is working fine, I even reseated everything onto the motherboard. Pls help me I'm totally lost on how to fix this.

Ryzen 5 3600
Galax 3060ti
Nvme 2.0 ssd
Windows 10 pro
16 gb 3600 ram
