After successfully setting up the Roku Express (tiny) box, I got the HDCP message stating that I needed to do an "unplugging" ritual to make it all work,
I did it and now the TV screen is blank/blank. I'm on the phone with support staff and this guy has no concept of troubleshooting, says my TV is bad. He's put me on hold twice for over 10 minutes each and now I've been on hold for 46 min, Current elapsed time, 87 minutes. Simply ridiculous!
I told him that five minutes previous to my call, all was going well and the install was successful ONSCREEN and via AUDIO. I even added that my DVD player and cable box (and anything else I plug into the TV) are coming through perfectly.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
