Hello,

I transferred basically my whole build in another pc case with the exception of having a new PSU.
I switched from the Cooler Master V SFX 850W to a Corsair SF750.
I've got a RTX 3070 and a Ryzen 5600x, so 750W should be fine.
Temps are pretty much the same compared to my other case.
I use 2 PCIe cables for my GPU instead of 1 daisychained, like before.
But since my new pc, where the only new component is the PSU
I suddenly get microstutters while playing CSGO.
Before it was buttersmooth and I had no complaints and since it's only after my new build
I doubt it has anything to do with my other components.

Could my PSU be defect or what's going on?

I doubt it's the psu for the most part, generally what happens when transfering components from case to case is slight corruption in data, try running sfc /scannow
Then verify your game files through steam
