Question After taking out my Cmos battery pc doesn't turn on, any help thanks

I recently just got a new case, i had the pc before but got a case for the looks, i put it in and it worked fine yesterday, but today i got a "Chassis intrude fatal error" and i looked it up online to see what i could do, and someone said to remove my cmos battery, well i did with it still plugged in and now it doesn't turn on... Any help Thanks, sorry for bad punctuation

No after, i just took everything out and getting ready to put everything back in

give us the exact steps you took;

powered down and dispersed residual power, just chose Shut down in the Start Menu, etc...
