Question After the new windows update my pc sounds like it restarts when i shut it down

So after the update my pc started to make a noise like its restarting when shutdown,after like 10 seconds it does shut down but im curios if this means something

You might need to include an audio clip of the issue you're speaking or better yet a video of the event taking place. Might also want to check and see if you have any BIOS updates pending for your motherboard for the PC/laptop.
