I shifted from the UAE to India, I had properly packaged my custom built pc using foam and bubble wrap. However, when I decided to switch on my pc in India this happened

The graphic card does seem to work though.

(sorry for the terrible image)
I'm really scared that my beloved RX480 might be damage as it is fairly new, I don't know what could have caused this as it was securely packed and I did buy a fairly decent APC UPS.
System Details:
CPU: - i5 7400
Motherboard: H110M Gigabyte
RAM: DDR4 8GB 2133MHz
Power Supply: 650W
GPU: Sapphire Nitro RX480 8GB
Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm quite devasted and lost.

Solution
if you didn't remove it from the computer before shipping, it's still very likely the gpu or the socket got damaged.
Shipping/airplane travel is extremely rough on luggage, that's why when you buy a new gpu it always comes in that custom foam cutout padding.
Bubble wrap isn't anywhere near enough.
