Question After turning off my PC and turning it on, it won't give any signs of signal in keyboard (caps lock), mouse or monitor. ?

Hello people. I ran into a problem an hour ago. First of all, my build's main parts are:
Motherboard: PC mate b350
Cpu: Amd ryzen 5 2400g
Rams: 2 dims of 8gb each G.skill
Psu: Cx 550w
Ssd: m2 , and normal ssd

So my problem right now is that after turning off my pc and turning it on, it wont give any signs of signal in keyboard (caps lock), mouse or monitor.

What did I do: I took off the battery at first and waited for like 2 minutes before installing and re trying with no result. I also checked if its still healthy battery and its 3V still.
Then i removed both dims of ram. I installed 1-by-1 in each slot but no result.
I tried removing and re installing properly all the wires that give power to the motherboard, but no result.
Then i tried using a ssd each time but no result.

I am wondering what it could be? The last thing i did was to download oracle vm virtual box and running the command "bcdedit hypervisorlaunchtype off". I also entered the bios but without configuring anything from there. So i am at a point where i dont know if its a hardware issue or a software. Any ideas folks ?
