Question After uninstalling and reinstalling the same ram my pc beeps when it is being turned on.

I took my ram out to look at it closer and plugged it back in. Upon being turned on it beeped 3 times and no display showed up but it stayed on. It is plugged into the 2 slot so I tried the 4th slot but had the same result. I reset my mother board and reset the pc for 10 seconds with everything unplugged. What do I do?
