After uninstalling CPU from Device Manager...

After I upgraded my Core 2 Duo e7500 to a q9550, my PC was still recognizing my processor as an e7500, so I uninstalled the CPU from device manager. Upon rebooting, I was met with this screen, https://imgur.com/gallery/JI6QY , I have tried resetting the BIOS, and the CD that came with my PC reinstalls windows XP however. Is there anything I can do? I have tried many things and will provide more info. (The q9550 is usable with my Mobo Dell Optiplex 780 Sff).

Are you running XP or a newer OS? If newer then use the same install media you used to install the OS and repair the the installation.
