After update to win 10 build 10586, gta 5 is lagging a lot

when i was on win 10 build 10240 gta 5 is running quite smoothly but after the update to build 10586 it's just not playable.
does it had anything to do with me changing my antivirus from mcafee to bitdefender?

No, most probably not, but you can prove that theory by uninstalling bitdefender and reinstalling mcafee or running without an antivirus as its been shown that antivirus are causing quite an issue with Windows 10(and their updates). Have you tried reinstalling your graphics drivers? We will also need a full systems specs.

It was game settings issue.It's resolved now.
