[SOLVED] after updating x570 aorus elite wifi bios, i cant enter bios setup black screen, windows opens fine

hi everyone

i updated my x570 aorus elite wifi bios today from f20 to the latest f36e but i cant enter bios setup its stuck at a black screen, windows works fine and the bios setup opend once luckily !! but most of the time it wont !!

is it a typical problem or bug with the lousy gigabyte bios ?

I think it is an install bug, If you have bios flashback try that then reinstall. Why did you update?

Well for 2 things, Its new ! Secondly to may fix the reset of the bios every now and then, i will never buy a gigabyte motherboard

its possible bios is showing on a different display output, it could be on HDMI if you on DP

what happens if you go in via windows?
if you on 10
go to settings/update & security/ recovery
under advanced startup click restart now

if you on 11
go to settings/recovery
advanced startup/restart now

both restart windows in a blue menu
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose UEFI firmware interface

PC should restart and load into BIOS
