Question After Upgrading RAM PC game lagging

Hello I want to ask after I upgrading my PC RAM my game emulator is very lagging and FPS is worse and it became worse each day.

Before my RAM is VENOMRX 4G DDR3-1600 (4×2), now it's HYNIX 8GB 2RX8 PC3-12800U-11-11-F3 (8×2)

PC specs :
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
GPU Radeon RX 550 series
VRAM GDDR5 1500MHz 4gb

I have use memory diagnostics and it don't have any problem.

Before I upgrading my RAM i can use the emulator albeit a bit slow (@30-40fps), but when I put my new RAM it's very lagging (@20-10fps), and today it became much worse (@20-0.01fps).

I have tried to use my old RAM but it lagging too

Why this happen?

What's the make and model of your motherboard? On that note, can you check and see what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing? Make and model of your PSU and it's age? What OS are you working with? If you're on Windows 10,. you should ideally be on version 21H1.

Psu voltron bronze 235FX how old? I don't know, I buy it a second hand
