After Upgrading RAM Windows has issues.

Hello everybody i have a kind of weird issue that none of the existing threads could help me resolve.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premioum SP1 64bit
with Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2
i recently purchased a new RAM Kingston Fury X(2x4GB) 1333 DDR3

Well after the first time i installed it windows wouldn's boot and neither a clean install was possible through a USB stick.
When i Put on my old 1GB RAM they boot normally.
After many tries I managed to boot but in Installed Memory there is the message (2,00 GB usable)
If i try to change it through ms config the same issue comes back and windows stops in starting windows phase.
In the gigabyte page F4 is the latest BIOS version for the specific motherboard and it is already installed.
Trying switching the slots and resetting CMOS also didn't work.

Any questions i'd be happy to answer and of course i thank everybody in advance for spending time to help me!!

This could be one of two issues: the RAM is not compatible, or its seated in the wrong order. You're sure the RAM you got is compatible with that motherboard model? Including their sizes? Plus, are you sure of their positions?

The Fury run off PnP which isn't compatible with the H55 chipset. Might look at the GSkill NT series of value DRAM it uses the low density memory chips the H55 was designed around, most all DDR3 these days use high density chips

it only has two slots so i don't think it's a problem..

I don't think that compatibility was an issue since it has the specs that are actually the same with what motherboard said and also it works in 2gb at the moment..
So you say i should stop trying right?!
Anything i can do??

I'm saying the DRAM itself is not compatible with the mobo or it's chipset
