After vista udpate my resolution is stuck on 720x576

When vista complete udpate, my resolution change from 2048 x 1152 to 720x576, and I'm unable to change it, and i can't restore system , help

p.s Can I suit Microsoft ?

Do you have the correct video driver for the O.S.?
