So, I installed around a week ago the new windows 10 update, and ever since I felt a quite noticable dip in overall performance of my computer, but now when I came on to gaming, I ain't running anything the same.. For example, I tried playing borderlands 2 max graphics and playing on 1440p but getting performance of 60-50fps even tho vsync is off and I use Gsync monitor..
I've tried messing around in NVIDIA control panel with power management as well as NVIDIA inspector but to no success.
Yea everything worked a lot better before the windows update, even AC: Origins had some of performance impact, isn't as stable on the FPS and lost quite a bit of frame score on the benchmark.
I'm using GTX 1070 Aoro edition
Edit: Some images to see what I mean exactly.
Looking at the map whole map. (gpu usage is only 57%and fps is around 70)

Looking directly behind me, gpu is working by 30% more and has literally double the fps. (yep i know it has a lot less to render but then why does it work 30% more ?)
