Question After windows 10 update i can’t connect to the internet

After i updated windows last night i can’t connect to the internet.
The same thing happened to my laptop but i fixed it by updating the bios on it.
I cannot update the bios on this computer.
I can see all my normal connections but when i try to connect it just says that it could not connect

Hi BabyBell.

I was about to post the exact same issue, except on my all-in-one PC it's the WiFi that's disappeared (which is what I used to connect with, but my Ethernet is still thankfully ok).

When you go to 'Start' > 'Control Panel' > 'Device Manager', are there any showing a yellow '!'? Eg, the 'Network Controller'?

That's seemingly the issue I have, and it shows 'no driver', so I'm about to go on to the Packard Bell website to find the required drivers.

If you could report back on the '!' status, it might help more informed others to guide you (and me...)
