[SOLVED] After windows update, google chrome pictures does not load

Hello,

After updating my windows 10 today my Google chrome browser doesn't seem to load pictures anymore, instead shows solid red squares/rectangles where the picture is supposed to be. This shows up when I browse Ebay and Amazon. I have cleared my browsing data/cache in Chrome browser already and updated my Nvidia graphics drivers. Does anyone know what the issue is? I'm trying to attach a screen shot of the issue, but it's not letting me.

Uninstall/re-install Chrome?

Reset google chrome browser to its default. OR disable / enable all its extensions from there.
