I recently built my first PC. CPU is I7-9700K. Using Asus AI overclocking I can get it to 5.2 ghz . My GPU is Asus 2070Super and My PSU is a 650W Asus. Now when I go to use afterburner auto clocking with in first couple minutes blue screen. I have card set to stack settings. When I run stress test on CPU temps are around 73. When I run tests on GPU never goes over 70. If I reset my bios to stock and lose CPU overclocking and then run afterburner I can run it. What could be causing afterburner to blue screen when my CPU is overclocked? I am new to all of this.

Solution
Your PSU should have no worrys running your setup, it is a modded Seasonic after all. Not all CPU's can do 5,2 and be stable with the GPU also asking for even more from your CPU when it is OC'ed. If you get both stable at 4.9-5 I would be happy enough. It is in my opinion a bad habit to always compare your set-up with some random benchmark freak that will nearly blow the hell out of their rig for 3 extra Benchmark points. The top benchmark scores are done specialist tuners that will go through several CPU's till they find the "golden one" to get them to the top of the leaderboard, don't worry about that, get your system stable, getting the FPS you want in your games and enjoy it.
What Mobo are you overclocking on, that has a big role to play in getting a stable OC too. 5.2 is a big OC and not every chip can handle it, thats the silicon lottery. Getting it there is one thing, stability is another.

Did you try GPU tweak from Asus, I know some don't like it but I got my RTX 2080 to a nice OC that is stable, +75 clock and +400 memory. I an running with a Ryzen 2700x so not a direct comparison.

This may give you a few ideas and info.....

ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI) . I can run CPU stress test and not have any issues runs fine at 5.2 ghz ran 3-4 hour tests no problem. I had issues with GPU tweak as well. Only way ive figured out how to get it to work is set MOBO back to factory. Then overclock GPU first and the after I can overclock CPU. I'm thinking maybe my PSU might need to be upgraded.
