aftercooler on r9 290

I installed arctic accelero xtreme iv on r9 290, but temps are still high... i did everything by instructions , but still... really sad

40+ on idle and load like reference cooler, 90+

This is how i placed thermal pads on hottests areas of the card and applied protective film.
