Afterglow xbox one controller rumbling problem

First it worked fine for like five months. Then it eventually just started to vibrate and the lights turn red, but then it shut off. After i turned it back on, it worked, but for example, when i was playing call of duty or minecraft, the joystick didnt 100% work. When you want to walk, it walks very slow. When you are trying to type on youtube, it didnt go along the keyboard. Please fix this.

We can't fix it, most likely it's hardware issues due to third rate peripheral purchase on your part.

You can try to recalibrate it by going to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers and right clicking on the controller
