aftermarket cooler to replace stock cooler

I'm planning to replace my stock Intel cooler with an aftermarket one. And I've found this one from Zalman, it's a Zalman CNPS90F. This one is available at a local store for like 130000VND (about 6$). So my questions are: Will the Zalman perform better than the stock cooler ? Should i buy that to replace the stock cooler ?

I'd argue not really worth it but $6 isn't a lot of money if you want to try it.
