Aftermarket coolers fit in 3u?

Anyone know of any aftermarket coolers in a 3u case? I know noctua has one, I think the TX3 fits but I am not sure.

I just need something fairly cheap as I have an i5 2400 that needs cooled and the stock heatsink that came with it is junk. (50c idle, 85c load) (and yes I have remounted it multiple times)

Up to 110mm high coolers can be used in a 3U case. http://www.frostytech.com/top5_lowprofile_heatsinks.cfm (check the 3U coolers). The TX3 won't fit; it's 136mm high.
