Aftermarket GPU Cooler

Would I need an aftermarket GPU Cooler to overclock the MSI Twin Frozr GTX 780?

Maybe not. I have my 780ti overclocked to it's max and my max temps only reach about 68c using the stock cooler. Your individual card my be different, but that's what I'm getting.

Do you have the Twin Frozr edition and if yes how good are they? and how is the customer support from MSI?

I have ASUS DirectCU II GTX780TI-DC2OC-3GD5 GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB. I never spoke with MSI so I don't know about their customer service. I do know that I wouldn't recommend an MSI card though. I used them for years because they were cheaper, but I always had problems with them, especially when it came to overclocking. I don't know if it's still the same today as I've been using Asus now for 4 years. Much better quality, and I've never had an issue with instability.
