its a good deal. i just dont like aglity drives due to how many are known to fail. dont know too much about the 180gb model

I just sent my Agility 3 90gb I got for 55$ after rebate from newegg for a replacement.

It failed every time I tried to update the firmware, so I just went ahead using it. INCREDIBLY FAST, but within anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days it would crash and ruin the boot sector of windows requiring a reinstall. I've read the firmware upgrade fixes it. So if you can get a working one, OCZ Agility 3 are pretty fast, even for a SSD.
