What should I set my AGP Aperature size to?? What exactly is it?? I think i remember something about it being the amount of system memory the vid card can use..but i'm not sure. I have 512 mb DDR333 and a 9800P 128mb.

You might want to read this. Graphics cards don't require a whole lot of system memory these days, and I have 1GB of RAM so I set mine to 128. When I had half a gig of RAM in the system I switched back and forth between 64MB and 128MB and I didn't see any difference in games. The 3D mark scores were around 1% or 2% difference (100-200 points difference with scores just under 10,000 in 3DMark01SE), with 128MB getting the slightly higher score.

Just my 2 credits
