AGP Aperture size at 64MB?

After opening 3dMark 2001 SE, I saw that my AGP Ap was at 64MB for my Ti200.
Do you think this is appropriate or I could get much better performance (probably even fix the stuttering) if it was at 128MB like most recommend double the memory buffer?

But the shown memory size in 3d Mark is the apperture one not just memory, right?
It was one of the last of the Display Details.

Also where do I find this option?

Are there any side-effects that could occur?
And also do you think this could help solve some stutters and performance issues?

I don't know if it will help with the stutters, but I do know it won't hurt anything.
