AGP frequency? Auto or should I set it?

In a7n8xe-deluxe bios I am unsure about the AGP frequency setting. Its at auto but I keep hearing about having it set to something else like 66. Anyone know what appropriate?

Also, what should I set my memory frequency to, auto or SPD? I'm not quite sure what SPD means.....


Running on:
AMD Athlon XP 3200+
ATI Radeon x1600 pro 512mb agp
1 gig ram

I think, leave it on auto, and their is an option that says "Lock" or something set it to that, and you don't wnat the one that says "To CPU" because if your overclocking CPU you'll OC your AGP bus and you will get some form of corruption. I think. Google it.
