I am using the ATI drivers....not the windows one...
I tried using Cyberlink, Nero Vision, installed Klite codec but nothing seems to work...

Klite is a codec package and isn't what your looking for. I doubt nero has brought this tech into their program yet. I'm not familiar enough with Cyberlink to know if they do or not. From what I've read the WMPC:HC should do this. Assuming you just downloaded this program you should have the most recent version so its not that either. I know that upgrading your CPU and RAM will solve the problem, but I'm not sure why it won't work having the card do it.

I have no personal experience with this, I'm just taking it from the article i looked up because tho OP was having no luck. i would still say that 1GB of Ram isn't helping though.

I mean if you wanted to be really silly you could get a 3850. That and some beastly cooling so you can OC the P4 and get less of a bottleneck.
