I was thinking that you were talking about the PCI-E version, and I pretty much said that I would rather have my GT since the X1950Pro lacks voltage adjustments.

Just a quick update. While still not available online, all the stores around me have this AGP X1950 pro in stock. Search your local stores. Not cheap, but anyone who gets the 10% saving coupons in the mail can at least save $30.

Found it at ZipZoomFly for $249.99. It's out of stock right now. Sapphire's version of the card does have 512MB of RAM though.

I think the 512MB is a ZZF misprint. Sapphires specs show it as a 256MB card.

Additionally the Sapphire X1950 Pro AGP card has been slightly beefed up. Instead of the typical 256MB of video memory Sapphire has equipped its X1950 Pro AGP with 512MB of GDDR3. The memory is clocked at 700 MHz instead of the default 690 MHz. The core clock receives a small little bump to 580 MHz over the default 575 MHz as well.

Either Sapphire has the specs listed wrong on their site or for their press release. But, That retail box pic clears it up that there is a 512MB for sure. ANyway, I guess Sapphire wanted to make sure the Gainward Bliss+ didn't have any marketing edge against their new card.
