Question AH-IPS Eye Strain 2014 vs today?

Are new AH-IPS panels better in terms of eye strain today than back in 2014? I'm asking because I own Dell P2414H, I've tried two new monitors and there were worse to me with eye strain.

Perhaps if you brought down the contrast and brightness of the panels, it might help with eye strain. Overall environmental lighting also impacts or alleviates eye strain. What are the make and models of the two monitors you've tried?

I tried Hp 32s (as it had great reviews, but I'd give it 1/5), the other model I've tried is Phillips 276E8VJSB (looks very sharp, great colors, no PWM, but after a couple of hours, my eye strain was worse than P2414h).
