AHCI mode doesn't work after changing regedit settings

Hello everyone 10 min ago i changed some settings in the regedit about AHCI mode to work in windows 10 i did what the video said. I changed in the BIOS from IDE to AHCI mode but i still get the INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. What can i do?

Specs:
Motherboard: GA-P55M-UD2
CPU: I5-750 2.8ghz
RAM:12gb corsair
SSD:Samsung 860 evo 500gb
GPU:Geforce GT 9800

If you followed the instructions to a tee then reinstall Windows.

Why did you install Windows on an SSD in ide mode? Or did you clone the drive?

Because i didn't know the benefits of AHCI mode then i knew and i wanted to change it to AHCI. Now i do not want ro reinstall windows because i have installed a lot of items

Changing IDE to AHCI mode also involves changing the driver if you have changed registry settings correctly.

I know that but i did not see any hardware changes or downloads i went to device manager and saw still IDE
