Ahci port 0 device error

Hi every time I load my PC up it comes up with loads white writing and at bottom says ahci port 0 device error and f1 to boot or something I haven't got a clue what to do could someone help please?

Possible your HDD is failing. Remove whatever is in SATA Port 0 and connect to another SATA port and see if it still shows the same message.
