When I turn on my computer, I see the American Megatrends screen. It says:

When I press F1 it will go to setup and when I exit from it, the computer will restart and go back to the screen again.

How can i install it? Is it different with what I have did by creating a image disk?

I did followed it twice but still failed. I also set it as first in the primary boot sequence.

I am not seeing anything new but I do see f12 in the ami screen. It says 'Press F12 for BBS POPUP'.

Press F12 to access your boot order screen and select the CD drive.

Do you think I failed because of one of the following reasons?:
-The disk was not suitable
-My computer wasn't able to detect it
-I downloaded the wrong thing which was not suitable for my PC

Okay I finally went through but what should I do next? There are many options and I am not sure which one to choose.

I did changed some settings IN THE BOOT SETUP UTILITY. It worked after I disabled the SATA but after booting it couldn't detect any drive other than the CD. Is it because I disabled SATA or is it that my drive c and d are gone?

I think I misunderstood you then when you said you created an image disk.
Install the Hirens boot disk into your optical drive and reboot. When is says to press F12 , do it and select the optical drive as the boot drive.

if you can boot into Hirens there are numerous tests and recovery programs you can run. Have an external usb drive ready before you attempt data recovery. Do not even try this until you are ready with an external drive.
