A lot more information would help us.

In my opinion, if you can _read_ from the drive you should make a backup copy right now, this instant, before you do anything else. If the drive fails, you will not have lost your data.

For more detailed help, we could use information like what kind of drive (internal or external, IDE or SATA, size, brand), what is on it (os, data only), whether or not it worked before, what you can do with it (can you see all the files), and what you have tried. Google Translate is an excellent tool if you are not comfortable writing large amounts of text in English.
