I take back all of the negative things I've ever said about (...nnngh! Guuuh...) ... AI ... (it was a struggle to type those two innocuous little letters without a thorough dose of sarcasm).

But it managed to recognise the one true faith! Ramen!

knowing the RAM MC servers use....to have 1000 "people" on 1 server at once you are looking at dozens of TB of ram alone....not realistic for anyone outside experimenting.

The thing is interesting but real use cases not so usable.

Research and experimentation involves borderline cases, even unrealistic and exploratory cases. I think it would be necessary to argue more precisely if there are elements to reject such studies.

For my part, I really appreciated this article. And I find that conducting such studies is very promising. Even if current AI has its limits, we can very well project ourselves onto more efficient engines quickly.
Such experimentation is unprecedented for testing social and group behaviors, and I would be curious to see future experiments of the same type.
