I have only 2 boards options in front of me for the Ryzen 7 9800x3d the Rog strix b850e or the x870-f and IAM leaning towards the b850e but the problem that it doesn't support AI cooling and the x870-f does support AI cooling so does this feature make a good cooling performance for the pc components and is it important to make me take the x870f over the b850e.
And also the b does have q code screen display for troubleshooting and the X doesn't.
My use is for gaming and video recording and editing, and I have only two m.2 SSD drives to use and rtx 4070 ti super.
The b boards is cheaper by 100 dollars than the x board in my country Egypt so which one should I take and keeping in mind that I need it also for future proof if I wanted to upgrade my CPU from 9800x3d to a better CPU in the future

Just curious, what sort of function in a PC does not having AI cooling result for you/your build? Pick a board, manually set the fan curve in BIOS if you think the fans are too loud or make sure your case has optimal airflow and call it a day.

Asus has been dubbed as Asux sine the pandemic due to their lack of quality/after sales support. If you're located in Egypt, don't you have access to MSI, Gigabyte and ASRock?

I have access to other manufacturers boards but I want an Asus board.
So you are telling me to get the b850e and manually set the fans curves, and what about the audio quality between them and overclocking potential and is it really the X board not worth it and better save the 100 dollars?

Fan settings by AI are least important MB feature I could think of. Auto settings are fine for most and speed curves can be adjusted manually or with software.
Audio quality depends on CoDeC chip used as well analog circuitry around it, that is one part that is determined by more expensive MBs but unless you use really high quality HiFi sound system even most basic audio section is more than enough.
Overclocking potential is moot point as most modern CPUs have no need to OC, already have near best performance if set up properly and limits set by algorithms, As far as MB is concerned, it's VRM power delivery that's important. For your CPU any MB with 8+4+1 VRM is more than enough even for some eventual OC.
What X870 motherboards excel in is chipset features, having more and later versions of PCIe lanes and USB connections.
