AI suite vs Core temp

hey guys having an issue...
recently purchased my asus r2 eve mobo and an amd fx 6300
currently using ai suite and core temp
but they showing up different i get readings of 20 to 24 degrees from core temp whilst watchinh twitch and reading of 40 to 51 degrees on ai suite which one should i beleive?

AI suite because the CPU can't be at only 24°C unless the room temperature is 10°C or less. Best is to use AMD Overdrive to check the thermal margin at full load.
