AiChargerPlus errors causing random restart on ASUS Z-170 boards?

Anyone experiencing problems with the AIChargerPlus drivers or utility? Mine appear to be causing random restarts in Win10 on my Z170-A even after disabiling the utility. More details here. Thx

Couple updates -- the restarts are caused by a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error -- there is a BSOD after all I just wasn't around to see it. The dump files identify the problem as pci.sys. Bug check code is ..0x9f. From poking around on forums closest I can come to figuring this out is that it may be the NVIDIA Geforce 900 driver (i have a 960 card installed), but I updated to latest version (358.50) and problem still persists. Still looking for ideas ... thx.

I updated and reinstalled the AiSuite3 without Ai Charger Plus and that seems to have solved the problem for now -- no random restarts since that change was applied..

This could be an issue specific to my board (Z170-A) which has never been able to post when running an XMP profile. I just opened an RMA request on that issue with ASUS. Not sure if that issue is related to this one, but I suppose it could be.
