Are the results good..

Cpu : Intel i7 11700f (power limits removed and short duration time limit is set to max 128sec
Ram : 24gb ( adata xpg gammix d30 16gb 3200mhz ddr4 and corsair vengeance lpx 8gb 3200mhz ram) running at cl 16 latency
Gpu : amd rx 6700 xt

I want to say that aida 64 extreme cache and memory benchmark shows different results each time

Mixing RAM modules so mixed results.

The results in Aidia 64 will vary everytime you run the suite in a vanilla OS. It's that sensitive.
There are always background tasks going on in up to date versions of windows 10 or 11 with a vanilla installation. The only way around this is to do a custom install & turn off those background processes, however this then becomes an intellectual exercise removed from the day to day practicalities of running an up to date OS connected to the net.

Benchmarks are more useful when run in normal usage conditions, the way you use system normally with stuff running in the background.
