I tested my 5820k on Aida64 stability test... OC 4.2 mhz 1.20v sharp
CPU test is good. Half hour of test gave me 65C max
but as I launch fpu test it goes beyond 85C and I forced to cancel the test .
why this happens ? is this normal ?
what did you use as the first test? Aida 64 FPU is made to make as much heat as possible, it is like prime 95. I would say those temps are okay. what is your cooler? those temps would imply a single 120MM rad a large air cooler, or a h100i.

you right ) I have h100i cooler
I dont use first or second tests I stressed only fpu (checkbox)
and only cpu
Running the FPU only test on Aida64 will net you temps like that, it's definitely normal The higher the clock/voltage, the more heat it will dish out. Good for testing new clocks/voltages, I do 15-20minutes on FPU before I run full tests.
