Hello so as the title describes while using monitor software i get a +12v reading of 9.9-10-3v..
But in Bios the values look all normal around 11.95-12.1v..
Should i be worried? Is this bad software readings?
My PSU is a Seasonic Focus Gold 750W and my MB is a Asus Prime x470 Pro

Thanks in advance for any help

Solution
the ATX spec is 11.4V - 12.6V for the 12V rail. if the PSU was delivering 9-10V the system would not start.
try other software but I'm pretty sure its a software issue, reading/misreading the sensor data.
the BIOS data shows everything is right in spec

Don't use software voltage readings. They don't measure directly from the PSU, rather some neglected chip on the motherboard.
Software readings may show way out of spec voltages, but the voltages delivered to your parts are actually fine.

The only way to reliably check your power supply voltages is by using a multimeter
