Why not use AMD OverDrive to check the thermal limits? You're not concerned by temperatures, but you should check the thermal limit (how many degrees before the CPU throttles) at full load.

i do use amd overdrive but i dont understand thermal limits..sorry im newbie..and thanks for replying..
AOD displays the thermal margin which is the number of degrees before the CPU starts throttling (it starts throttling when it reaches the thermal limit). The thermal margin is much higher at idle, but ideally it shouldn't be close to zero at full load. The higher the thermal margin at full load, the better.
