Aida64 runs fine when testing CPU, FPU, Cache, and Ram BUT crashes when adding GPU test

First time overclocking in many many years and it seems like I got the over clock stable when i run the default tests in Aida64 but once i add on the GPU test is crashes, locks up, or bsod a couple of minutes into the test.. Does that mean its a GPU issue or is my overclock unstable even tho the default test ran fine for over 30min?

System:

i7 4770k (oc to 4.4 with 1.250v)
Asus z87-A mobo
Geforce GTX Titan (original)
Corsair h75i AIO
32gb Ram
Antec HGC 750w

Honestly for GPU stress testing MSI Kombustor does a much better job and it is realistic.

I'll try that out when i get home.. i really need to know if its the GPU or the overclock causing the system to be unstable
