Hi there,

So in short, I've reinstalled my OS after receiving my new Gigabyte motherboard since my Asus motherboard was giving me problems (turned out to be my logitech camera). Since then my PC has been giving me issues, the Clock_Watchdog_Timeout BSOD. My PC can stay on without giving me issues, however, I cannot play any games without getting one. I've done many tests on Aida64 and found out that the "Stress Cache" fails on me every time. I am now lost and not sure what to do. My bios is running F7a (latest).

Specs:

OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Processor: Intel i7-6700k (4.6 OC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 612 Ver. 2
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z270X Gaming 7
SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 256GB
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB & WD Blue 320 GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8) 3200Mhz
PSU: Corsair RM 850 Watt 80+ Gold Certified
Graphics: Asus GTX 1070 Strix OC
Monitor: ViewSonic VX2452MH 24 in. (x2)
Case: NZXT Phantom 820
Keyboard: Steelseries Apex M800
Mouse: Logitech MX Master
Camera: Logitech C920
Mic: Blue Yeti
Accessory #1: LG WH16NS40 Internal Blu-ray/DVD
Accessory #2: NZXT Grid+ V2 Fan Controller
Accessory #3: NXZT IU01 USB Expansion
Accessory #4: TaoTronics Bluetooth 4.1 Transmitter / Receiver (TT-BA08)

This seems like a lot but I'm desperate here. I haven't been able to use my computer properly for the past month of installing the new motherboard. I'll try not OC and see how it goes. But could someone PLEASE give me some screenshots (visual learner) on how to OC the Gigabyte Z270 motherboard with an intel i7-6700k? I've attached a link to the stress cache failure pics: http://imgur.com/a/x10ta

Update #1: I just tried Aida64 with stock CPU stock settings and I'm still getting the hardware failed error after 20 minutes of benchtest. I don't know what to do now guys. I've haven't had any problems like this before with my Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo. It makes me want to go out and purchase the same motherboard to prevent this issue. I'm at a complete loss here guys.

Update #2: I went back to what I had previously with 4.6 OC and vcore set to auto. Stress Cache in Aida64 is now failing before a minute. Again, I'm at a loss now guys.

Update #3: Gigabyte Mobo is bricked due to BIOS version 6 and up. Unable to downgrade for the BIOS prohibits that. Currently doing an RMA on the Mobo. Went out and purchased an Asus ROG IX Hero and it's running perfectly. No voltage errors or issues when booting up. Overclocking the way it should be.

Solution
So I found out that the bios bricked my motherboard for it's constantly giving out wrong readouts and not giving me the correct voltage. Whoever has a Gigabyte Z270 Gaming 7 Mobo, make sure you do NOT update the BIOS past version 6. Updating it prohibits you from downgrading your BIOS, thus bricking your Mobo in the process. I am currently doing an RMA on it and hopefully receive a refurbished unit that's running BIOS version 3.

I went out and purchased an Asus ROG IX Hero and it runs perfectly. The voltages are running fine and not giving me a single problem.
Try those troubleshoots: like update all the drivers, also use minimum hardware when you do the troubleshoot.
