Question Aio Block won't screw into bracket intel 1151

My coolermaster master liquid ml240 v2s block will not screw down Us my the included screws to the standoffs that were also provided. The screws will barely go in on one side and the other ones can't get close enough to the standoffs under the bracket to screw on. I push very hard on it and it feels like I am going to break it but there does not seem like there is any other way to get it to screw in. Any help on this? I have a i7-9700k master liquid ml240 v2 and a gigabyte z390 gaming x. Can provide images if needed l. Thanks.

It means you have the backplate upside down or you’re using the wrong hardware

Thanks I have got it running but have not gotten my graphics card yet so using intrgrated for now. Thanks again I'm surprised it works first try on my first ever of Build.
